Rashmi Fernandes

Bangalore, India

Rashmi Fernandes works with leaders and teams to co-create outcomes that lead to agility and positive team culture, while focusing on strategic alignment. She specializes in enabling product teams to focus on customer centricity and arrive at a shared understanding toward a common purpose—guiding teams on taking ideas from concept to life.


She has independently led numerous enterprise-wide initiatives, such as product conferences, communities of practice, and leadership development programs.


Her passion for her community in India is what led her to create a sports program for more than 1,000 children in underserved communities. Further, she serves as an advisor, mentor, and coach for the Sankalp India Foundation and Jagriti InnoHealth Platforms.

Additionally, she serves as an ambassador to new Guides and facilitates ALJ’s Train-the-Trainer program, serving as both a mentor and coach. 


Rashmi is available to support entry-, mid-, and senior-level leaders, senior leadership teams, department/division teams, organization-wide groups, small businesses, large corporate entities, government agencies, and nonprofits.

Rashmi earned her BSc from Bangalore University, her Masters in English Language at Karnataka State Open University, and Masters in Organization Psychology from Jain University.
