For over two decades, Pete Behrens has mentored leadership and organizational agility through his consulting firm Trail Ridge, developing the foundation for what would become the Agile Leadership Journey™ curriculum. Born from the desire to reach more leaders globally, Pete established Agile Leadership Journey as a Trail Ridge program in 2018 and as a separate Colorado-based organization in 2021.
Today, this integration represents the culmination of that vision—bringing Trail Ridge's expertise fully into a global community of over 45 Guides who now deliver Pete’s trusted curriculum and programs to clients worldwide.
