This program is conducted as a private coaching engagement designed exclusively for leadership teams or dedicated change teams. The base cost of this program is $14,500 (IHDI pricing applies and this is subject to customization).

The leadership/change team must be:

a minimum of three people.
in a capacity to influence organizational change.
able to gather together on a regular basis for facilitated sessions.
