The schedule below will assist you in finding a leadership training event that fits your schedule and needs. Browse the calendar or use the search bar to find your next step. The calendar may be searched by delivery format (online or in-person), by language (including English, German, Portuguese), by a specific trainer name, and by the name of the training you are seeking. Foundational workshops have no prerequisite requirements other than coming with an open mind. Advanced programs require one or more prerequisite completed prior to registration. The first step to improving leadership is awareness and the Agile Leadership Journey™ leadership development workshops aim to do just that. These leadership workshops inspire and educate leaders through exposure to new concepts and techniques that enable them to take their own leadership growth journey. Based on our Leadership Journey Compass™, leaders in our training workshops and leadership development programs build skills to improve themselves, their teams, and their organizations. Our pragmatic approach enables individuals to apply their learnings at work and in their personal lives immediately.

Upon successful completion of our programs, participants receive validated certificates and badges from Agile Leadership Journey to recognize their work toward satisfying the requirements for that particular course of study and practice.
However, we believe that completion of a course is the beginning of the next phase in a leader’s journey and that our learning and practice as leaders are never done.

Each of our leadership training workshops is designed to be interactive and facilitated live by licensed Agile Leadership Journey Guides.
Whether you are attending an in-person training session or a remote web-based workshop, prepare to be amazed by our visual illustrations that bring the curriculum to life and reinforce the learning. Your fellow workshop participants share part of your journey as you learn from each others’ experiences and insights through discussions, exercises, and even games, often becoming lasting connections in your professional network.
Foundational workshop duration depends on the training format. Generally, these introductory-level workshops take the equivalent of one full day in person (or five or six 90 to 120-minute web-based remote sessions). Workshops may be offered individually or combined to deepen the learning journey.
Our advanced leadership development programs span three to six months, with weekly cohort sessions, monthly masterclasses, one-on-one coaching sessions, and dedicated practice throughout your work week.
The licensed Agile Leadership Journey Guides who facilitate these programs are all professional leadership trainers and coaches who are passionate about our curriculum and developing leaders. Guides are located in more than 15 countries and offer public workshops both locally and online. You may learn more about each of the Guides in our community by visiting their profiles. Currently, they offer public leadership workshops in English, German, and Portuguese and private workshops may be offered in additional languages.
