Laura Powers

Laura Powers helps leaders and their teams unleash their power to thrive in change by tapping into their latent potential. With 25+ years of product development experience ranging from R&D to marketing, sales, and professional services, Laura has been involved in the design of electronics for space applications, aircraft engines, diapers, electric cars, complex software systems, and custom electro-mechanical systems. 


Laura is the 2019 and 2020 co-chair for the Coaching & Mentoring track for Agile Alliance and co-founded the San Francisco chapter of Women in Agile. She teaches Agile Foundations and Agile Leadership at Stanford Continuing Studies Program, and was named a “Silicon Valley Woman of Influence in 2019.” Laura currently serves as the CEO of the Business Agility Institute.
