Vanessa is an Agile and Lean Innovation Coach and Trainer at Flowdays. She has extensive experience in startups, ventures, and scale-ups,
serving as both a coach and a member of the management board. Additionally, she collaborates with leaders of mid-sized companies and
enterprises on organizational change and transformations to create more business value.
