David Ritter is an ALJ Guide and a Senior Advisor to The Boston Consulting Group where he provides consulting related to Agile transformations, prioritization, and governance. In his 40-year career as a software engineer, executive, and consultant, David has helped to build successful teams, products, and companies.

His current focus is on transforming organizations to collaborative, outcome-driven ways of working that create competitive advantage and enable all stakeholders to have good days at work.

David resides in Cambridge, MA, and Yankeetown, FL, depending on the weather.
