Tor Ivar Hals guides leaders and organisations in their transformation to become more agile, swift, and value-creating in how they perform their everyday work.

Tor Ivar is an experienced agile coach working with teams, leaders, and individuals in agile practices since 2006.

Tor Ivar has years of practice in all kinds of agile roles over the years (team member, agile facilitator/scrum master, product owner, leader for agile teams, agile coach for teams, product owners, and leadership teams)

Tor Ivar is an experienced leader, having served in several leadership roles in large organisations over the years. Through this work, he has experience from participating in several leadership development programs from various organisations (Equinor, Danske Bank, PwC)

Tor Ivar is a certified Agile Facilitator, Enterprise Agile Coach, and Agile Leadership practitioner (CAL-E).

Tor Ivar is a certified Leadership Circle 360 Profile coach providing leadership development assessments through Leadership Circle as part of his offering.

Tor Ivar also holds an NLP Coach Master Practitioner Certification.
