About Stephen

Stephen Lorking is a Leadership Development Specialist and Agile Coach. He has over 20 years of experience in Software Development, including several director roles. His passion for Agility started 15 years ago and has grown over time.

His last corporate role was a 5-year agile transformation of a 120+ people Software Development department and a leadership role in driving business agility at a wider business level.

His specialty is in leadership development and he is an Agile Leadership Journey (ALJ) Guide focused on training, coaching, and mentoring leaders to navigate leading in a VUCA world. As well as being a certified coach, he holds several Agile accreditations from the Scrum Alliance®.

Stephen spends a lot of his free time outside on his road bike or gravel bike. He's a season ticket holder at Saracens Rugby Club and enjoys walking his Dalmatian dog - Juno.
