About Zee

Zeshan Ilyas has over 23 years of global experience in agile and digital transformation projects. Zeshan is passionate about Leadership Agility, Agile Coaching, and training.

In addition to being an Agile Leadership Journey Guide, he is a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified ICF Coach, Certified Team Coach, ICAgile Instructor, and Certified Leadership Agility Coach. His work is about helping organizations, teams, and individuals reach their goals through Agile ways of working.

With a firm focus on Agile methods, Zeshan has worked within high-profile organizations including Siemens, Gulf International Bank, HSBC, Capgemini Financial Services, The Co-operative Bank, Esperto, TalkTalk, and more.

Having worked within the Agile sector for many years, Zeshan founded a community of Agilists in the Middle East and Pakistan that brings together professionals who adopt an Agile approach, help increase awareness of Agile, and also make Agile training and certifications more accessible in the region.
