Who We Are

Agile Leadership Journey transforms organizations by developing adaptive leaders and aligning teams. Founded by Pete Behrens, our roots extend back more than two decades of leadership development expertise. What began as a curriculum for leadership workshops has evolved into a global movement with more than 45 guides delivering our approach across continents.


Born from Pete's vision to reach and catalyze more leaders, Agile Leadership Journey was launched in 2018 and formally established as a Colorado-based organization in 2021. Our approach draws on three decades of research and has been validated by over 15,000 leaders worldwide.


Today, we help organizations address their most pressing challenges—whether accelerating time-to-market, breaking down silos, navigating digital transformation, or retaining key talent.
