Give Forward
The Agile Leadership Journey team believes philanthropy means more than writing checks. We invest our time, talents, and resources to build relationships and strengthen communities.
We choose to be active, engaged, and collaborative with mission partners who are combating some of the most challenging social issues of our time.
Our commitment is to give both our time and 5% of our profits to 501(c)(3) organizations serving our communities.

Integrate Profit and Passion
We believe that when leaders from for-profit corporations engage with leaders from non-profit missions, we build stronger connections and communities. Leadership challenges and competencies transcend sectors and both can learn and grow from each other.
We invite non-profit mission-oriented leaders to join our ALJ public workshops at steeply discounted rates, and we encourage for-profit corporate leaders to do the same within their areas of service.
