Thomaz Ribas is passionate about the topic of leadership and organizational agility. His mission is to bring awareness and pragmatic guidance to help leaders evolve their management and leadership approaches.Thomaz is an agile coach and OKR specialist and has been a practicing entrepreneur since 2016, providing coaching, training and consulting services. Previously, he held positions of Manager, Director and CTO in financial and e-commerce organizations.
