Ben Kopel guides leaders to achieve their goals, uncover hidden insights and capabilities, challenge themselves and their beliefs. Ben coaches teams, managers and executives, and leads public and private trainings.

Ben is a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Certified Scrum Foundations trainer with the Scrum Alliance. Ben is a Certified Leadership Agility 360 Coach. Ben serves on the Scrum Alliance Guides Advisory Team and the Scrum Alliance CEC Review Team. He also serves on the Illinois State University College of Business - Information Systems board.

Ben co-founded the Agile Coaching Summit and was an organizer of the PittAgile Gathering — a grassroots Agile conference in Pittsburgh, PA.
