Coaching is delivered through virtual sessions via phone, video, or web platform and is designed to be flexible with the needs of your schedule. Once matched with a coach, the two of you will work together to identify the date and time of your initial session and the cadence thereafter.
When you register, you will be asked for your preferred language for your coaching sessions as well as your geography. Additionally, we ask that you provide some insight into where you'd like to focus your coaching. All of these help us align your needs with one of our leadership coaches
around the globe.
