Business Agility Institute is an independent research and advocacy organization that leads the industry on organizational research related to business agility. Agile Leadership Journey partners with Business Agility Institute to incorporate their recent research into our curriculum and community. Using a data-driven approach to content development allows us to highlight common obstacles that leaders face so that they can develop informed experiments to drive change within their organizations. Agile Leadership Journey Guides are regular contributors to BAI's Emergence magazine and are frequent speakers at BAI conferences.

Agile Leadership Journey uses the research that Business Agility Institute conducts to help inform the curriculum that we teach. Through our experience, we have seen that agile transformations must go so much deeper than simply standing up frameworks and implementing new practices—if leadership and culture don't change, process and framework implementations will fail. The research from the Business Agility Institute supports what we've seen in our journeys.
