AGILE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The Agile Leadership Journey™ Development and Coaching Programs helps develop self-awareness to improve leadership thinking and decision making for leaders in highly complex and rapidly changing environments. 

We focus on the whole leader, including their creative aptitude to improve decision making, executing in a growth-oriented way to increase organizational capacity, thinking more systematically (with intention and attention) in explicitly enabling a culture of agility to deliver value.

Online at-work Programs

Participation in all of our practice programs enable you to stay home and at work. We do not require in-person travel or in-person classroom time. All sessions are facilitated remotely via phone and web-based conferencing. Cross-Company Cohort Programs will combine leaders from organizations across the globe to increase diversity and learning.

Global Support: International Guides support programs in English, German, Spanish, and Swedish languages.

Leadership Agility Development Model

The 360 Leader engages with an Agile Leadership Journey Guide 1-1 to conduct a 360 Leadership Assessment and Coaching. The 360 leadership profile assessment based on the Leadership Agility Development model introduced in the Awareness Workshop. This assessment provides quantitative and qualitative feedback on the perceptions of the leader’s thinking and behaviors across four primary dimensions - self, individual, team and organizational.

Feedback from the leader themself, one or two managers, stakeholder peer groups and employees provide a complete leadership feedback profile.


1-on-1 Leadership Coaching

Participants engage with a Certified Leadership Agility 360 Coach in 1-on-1 coaching sessions diagnosing feedback and developing a leadership development plan. Specific focus on self-awareness, threat/reward triggers, balancing their power style and other catalyst habits will be integrated along with other leader-specific areas of desired growth.

Participants drive the agenda based on their goals and selected feedback focus. The guide provides insight and challenge to participants to focus, practice, experiment, reflect and share. It is through this co-creative engagement that leaders truly begin to expose and explore their potential as a leader.


The number and frequency of coaching sessions is customizable with an initial package of an assessment and three coaching sessions starting at $1,499.

Cohort LEadership Teams Sharing Development

Participant Leadership Teams can work and share together through the 360 Leader Assessment and Coaching. In addition, the leadership team receives collective cohort coaching which extends the practice by setting up each leader as both a learner and coach.

Cohorts are arranged in small 3-4 member teams to collaborate on their learning and provide peer coaching and accountability to assist the focus and development of each participant. Learning from others and practice coaching is critical in the awareness and skill development phase.

Cohorts share peer facilitation with professional CAL II Educators and previous CAL II Graduates. Leadership development focuses on the individual and organizational level - seeking to improve outcomes across both dimensions. Participants from different industries share experiences.

The 360 Organization Program is for organizations to identify, target and transition toward agile ways of working.

Organization Values Assessment

The 360 Organization Program starts with a values assessment based on the Competing Values Framework explored in the Awareness Workshop.

Every organization has a difference between the stated values leaders hope to espouse, the expected values by the employees and the true values acted upon through leadership actions and governance policies every day. These variances will erode and inhibit any transition initiative leaders hope to achieve.

Exposing values variances is a first step to understanding and aligning the organization toward more healthy and productive agile ways of working.

The survey is conducted online and only consists of 5 core questions. Administrators may set up multiple dimensions (e.g. departments, divisions, locations, functions) for enhanced awareness.

NO personal identifying information captured through this survey.


Organizational Alignment with a V2MOM

V2MOM: Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, Measures

As introduced in the Awareness Workshop, The 360 Organization Program takes the information from the Values Survey to guide on Organizational Alignment and Focus.

Leadership Teams are guided through multiple rounds of structured brainstorming and iterative narrowing of a key transition toward more productive agile ways of working.

The V2MOM is an approach developed at Salesforce.com and popularized in the book Beyond the Cloud by Marc Benioff.


Organizational Coaching with an Experienced Guide

The 360 Organization Program includes organizational coaching for engaged change leaders. These sessions may be conducted in person or remote.

We use a Catalyst Coaching approach to educate, prepare and guide change leaders to through the whole process, enabling increased ownership, alignment & sustainability of change.

Our Guides have tools and resources to share with change leaders to help them through the discovery, alignment and execution stages.

The 360 Organization Program is customizable based on the size and complexity of the organization. We support single teams up to multi-division organizations. Basic packages start at $1,499 for a single group, V2MOM and two coaching calls.

 1-YEAR COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM OF PRACTICE

This Comprehensive Program combines all aspects of the 360 Leader, 360 Cohort and 360 Organization Programs in one an application and practice program to develop self-awareness and competency in agile leadership thinking, intent and behaviors.

It extends on the learning in the Awareness Workshop and with deep dives into each practice including a 360 Leadership Assessment, 1-1 Leadership Coaching, Peer Cohort Practice, and Organizational Culture and Change with Global Peer Collaboration.

The first half is focused on personal leadership development, the second half is focused on organization culture and transitioning toward more agile ways of working.

We are running only one 1-year program in 2019 and it is currently in session. Express your interest for 2020.

Our only Agile Leadership Journey Practice Program for 2019 is currently in session through January 2020. Our goal in 2020 is to run multiple global programs enrolling quarterly to provide increased flexibility and options for future participants. This full 1-year program, and its facilitators, meet the Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership 2 (CAL 2) Program Requirements. Participants must have attended a CAL 1 Program (either through the Agile Leadership Journey or another provider) prior to this program.

Following the successful completion of this program, participants will receive Certified Agile Leadership 2 (CAL 2) Advanced Education and Validated Practice Credentials from the Scrum Alliance.
