Practice Program

The most effective learning occurs in the act of leadership. Our practice program develops your catalyst habits at work.

The Agile Leadership Journey™ Development and Coaching Program helps develop self-awareness to improve leadership thinking and decision making for leaders in highly complex and rapidly changing environments.

We focus on the whole leader, including their creative aptitude to improve decision making, executing in a growth-oriented way to increase organizational capacity, thinking more systematically (with intention and attention) in explicitly enabling a culture of agility to deliver value.

1-Year Program of practice

This program is an application and practice program to develop self-awareness and competency in agile leadership thinking, intent and behaviors. It extends on the learning in the Awareness Workshop and with deep dives into each practice including a 360 Leadership Assessment, 1-1 Leadership Coaching, Peer Cohort Practice, and Global Collaboration.

The first half of the year is focused on personal leadership development, the second half of the year is focused on organizational improvement. New enrollments each quarter.

Our 2019 Program is Sold Out. Express your interest in upcoming programs.

I want to say thank you again! Not just for my learnings, but for a totally different aspect of this agile leadership program. The human behind the leader this program has been helping me see.

After 7 months following the program, I still find insights in my never ending journey. I'll continue to grow in my own awareness in my leadership and in the same time it’s even closer to the core part of my personal habits, weaknesses and strengths as the person behind that leader.

Leadership Agility 360 Assessment

Participants kick off the program with a 360 leadership profile assessment based on the Leadership Agility Maturity model introduced in the CAL I program. This assessment provides quantitative and qualitative feedback on the perceptions of the leader’s thinking and behaviors across four primary dimensions - self, individual, team and organizational.

Feedback from the leader, their manager, peers and direct reports will provide a complete leadership profile. The learning from this report will be incorporated into the program.

1-on-1 Leadership Coaching

Participants engage with a Certified Leadership Agility 360 Coach in 1-on-1 coaching sessions diagnosing feedback and developing a leadership development plan. Specific focus on self-awareness, threat/reward triggers, balancing their power style and other catalyst habits will be integrated along with other leader-specific areas of desired growth.

Cohort Peer Collaboration

Participants are arranged in small 3-4 member cohorts to collaborate on their learning and provide peer coaching to assist the focus and development of each participant. Learning from others and practice coaching is critical in the awareness and skill development phase.

Cohorts share peer facilitation with professional CAL II Educators and previous CAL II Graduates. Leadership development focuses on the individual and organizational level - seeking to improve outcomes across both dimensions. Participants from different industries share experiences.

Global Virtual Collaboration

Participation in this program does not require in-person travel or in-person classroom time. All sessions are facilitated remotely via web conferencing where participants from around the globe engage in the program to improve their personal development and organizational effectiveness.

While the program is administered and facilitated in English, participation in the program has included countries from around the globe from Americas, Europe and Asia.

The timing of the class was perfect. Not only was I able to learn techniques and use them, I also had a support system from my cohort. I was learning, living and trying these methods on a daily basis.

I was able to practice what I was learning. I am happy to walk away with knowledge and confidence, that when other issues arise, I will be strong enough to know my foundation and where to begin.
