  • A two-day immersive leadership workshop experience with Pete where you'll discover the leadership ingredients.

This special two-day workshop will be facilitated by Agile Leadership Journey Founder, CEO, and author of the upcoming book, "Into the Fog: Leadership Stories from the Edge of Uncertainty".

Just as Pete's new book reveals that great leaders don't follow recipes but discover ingredients to create their own approaches, our foundational workshops provide the essential awareness and knowledge you need to navigate your leadership journey with confidence.

These pragmatic workshops are relevant for leaders at any level, whether joining independently or as a team.

  • In the Agility in Leadership™ Workshop you'll learn to blend the personal leadership ingredients.

As Pete writes in "Into the Fog," recipes are static and prepared, but leadership is context-driven and dynamic. This workshop helps you discover and explore the essential ingredients of personal leadership—self-awareness, situational adaptability, and the mindsets that foster agile ways of working.

Rooted in the Leadership Agility framework, you'll develop the capability to step into uncertainty with confidence, engage teams more effectively, and create the psychological safety that enables transformation. When leadership teams attend together, they begin developing the common language that shapes organizational culture toward more agile ways of working.

Like learning to cook without recipes, you'll explore how to blend these leadership ingredients into your own unique approach that fits your reality, your challenges, and your team's needs.

  • In the Agility in Organizations™ Workshop you'll be introduced to the organizational ingredients that shape culture.

The best chefs understand not just individual ingredients, but how different flavors combine to create extraordinary experiences. Similarly, this workshop reveals the organizational ingredients—culture, values, structures, and systems—that either enable or constrain business agility.

Rooted in the Competing Values Framework, you'll learn to diagnose organizational culture and understand the levers that shape business alignment, health, and performance. You'll discover how to blend these organizational ingredients to create environments where teams can navigate complexity and uncertainty together.

This isn't about implementing someone else's organizational recipe—it's about understanding the ingredients of organizational transformation and learning to shape culture through intentional choices about structures, policies, and measures.

Why Does Agile Leadership Matter?

Globalization, automation, regulation, 24x7 mobility, and disruptive change have dramatically impacted our work and life. Leaders can no longer depend on past patterns of success to operate effectively in this landscape. Agile leadership is more creative, adaptive, empowering, impactful, and effective in highly complex, uncertain, and rapidly changing times.
