Instructor Facilitation
All Instructor Facilitators are experienced agile leadership guides developing agile mindsets and charting agile journeys for many years. Workshops are graphically facilitated with NO PowerPoint! All Scrum Alliance credentialed workshops are led by Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) Educators. Facilitators all teach to a common core curriculum and collaborate, co-create and co-facilitate to assure a consistent and respected experience.

Participant Practice
Participants share responsibility in applying and practicing the learning objectives to solidify their understanding. Through individual assessment, small group discussions, co-creative exercises, and whole-class facilitation, these shared practice opportunities enable leaders to integrate the learning into their daily practice.

Shared Discussions
Most learning happens in small shared group discussions where participants have an opportunity to work closely with their peers to understand and apply the learning topics deeply across each of their contexts. This opportunity enables participants to dive more deeply into topics and share in the exploration of them. With public workshops, leaders learn from across the industry. With private engagements, leaders develop a shared language and practice.

Leader Reflection
Applying learning to your own organizations and your own challenges allows for personal application of the studied topics. Throughout the workshop participants are provided opportunities to reflect upon, strategize, and apply the learning to their personal and organizational context. It is through these reflective times where leaders can begin to visualize their own leadership practice and take the learning back to the workplace.
